Nate turned 5 on Thursday. He was SO excited to be 5, but of course it made me a little sad. The night before his birthday I told him that since it was his last day of being four I was going to give him 400 kisses. So I started counting "1, 2, 3..." Nate was giggling so hard but managed to ask, "Mom, can you count by tens?" I love this little boy so much. He is our sweet little goofball. He is so into Star Wars right now, it made shopping for his birthday very easy. He even got a fish from his Aunt Dawn and named him Hans Solo. May the force be with you (and your fish), Nate!

So fun! Happy birthday little Nate! Evan started his Star Wars phase when he was about 3 and a half. We are now entering the 5th year of it. I don't think it will ever fully go away. I think we have every Galactic Heroe ever made...But I have to admit, I love it.
Happy Birthday Nate! We miss you here in Ohio...Jack misses his buddy Nate-Nate! Its hard to believe that he is 5 already, its seems like just yesterday he was 2! I hope you all are well!
Happy Birthday Nate. He's so cute. I love that he asked you to count by tens. What a smarty pants. I think it seems like yesterday that he was a scooting five month old. Time flies and we're getting old.
