On Friday my kids had the opportunity to be photograhed for The Friend magazine. We headed to Salt Lake early Friday morning and met the staff at the Beehive house. This was Brigham Young's house in which his 2nd wife and 7 children lived. The kids got to tour the Beehive house and go behind the scenes to be photographed for the article. This article is meant to benefit children who don't live near or won't be able to visit Temple Square. The kids did so good! They were also videoed as well for an online video that will be featured when the article in published. I was so grateful for everyone that helped that day and who were SO patient with the kids. The only downside...the article won't be pulished until June 2010! Lauren might actually have all her teeth in by then!

how fun. how'd you get hooked up with that? now you need to get them an agent and send them out on real paying jobs. someone needs to pay for college, right? i'm looking forward for the june 2010 magazine.
Oh, they look adorable! They will be the cutest kids in the Friend!
What a cool experience. Jarren got his picture in the friend when He was eight. He still has a copy of it and shows it often to our kids. They think it is the coolest thing. What a special memory.
What cute kiddos! The weather is going to be so nasty this week that I think I am going to pass on practicing with my helpers :) You are more than welcome to come and swim anytime though! Trey needs some swim lessons from Luke :)
I know I'm dating myself here, but that is TOTALLY AWESOME! Can't wait to see it and brag about my niece and nephew!
