My husband obviously thinks he has a big enough life insurance policy to act this way. He had a little too much fun going off the highest platform dive backwards, while were in Lava Hot Springs, ID last weekend.

The dive looks good....but the question is how did he land in the water? That could have been bad!! Looks like a ton of fun!
Amazing pictures - and not even blurry! He is very brave! I think I would pee my pants just climbing up the ladder, let alone look over the edge, let alone jump off backwards!
Yeah...I'm with Leann...the position of his body in the last picture didnt seem as though he was going to make for a non painful entrance into the pool! He gets brownie points for guts though...regardless of if the wind got knocked out of him or not! lol
i'm totally impressed. we went to lava two years ago for youth conference and my neighbor dove off that platform and i thought that was pretty good, but i think jason topped him. i was pregnant so that was my excuse. looks like you guys had a good time.
I've jumped off that same platform and thought that I was going to die! I am impressed with the back flip! It was so fun to see you! I hope you guys come out here someday :)
He's a pro. I've still never braved the platforms there....I choose life. Hope you had fun!

Hey Nan this is Kolleen at OC. How was the landing? I used to go there when I was a trampolinist and do crazy tricks....then I went when I was older and thought I could still do something cool and it did not end well! LOL He is way too old to be behaving like that! j/k good to see you.
