I love the first day of school. It's so easy to jump out of bed when your alarm rings, throw on that new outfit you've been saving, try out your new backpack and meet other anxious kids at the bus stop. I always loved school, so I get excited for the kids when they start a new school year. Lauren was very excited this morning and worried that I was going to make her late (a little problem of mine). I don't think she ever stopped talking this morning...she jabbered on to Nate while she took a shower, kept on talking while I fixed her hair, and even jumbled a few words out through her bowl of rice crispies and bananas. And, she was the last child to the bus stop, but she did make it in plenty of time. This girl is seriously cute in more ways that one.

So fun! I'm glad that I can picture Lauren chatting away through the morning! Hope it was a great first day.
Lauren looks so cute and look at you being such the mom with the new outfit and backpack. Seth on the other hand had no new outfit, but new shoes. I'm such a meanie, but boys really don't care so I'm taking advantage. Now just a countdown until Nate's big day.
Lauren looks sooooo cute! The girls loved the pictures. They are the posers too! Hope Nates day was good too.
